In addition to Finland, we deliver to the countries listed in the table below. The table also indicates the estimated delivery time and point. All deliveries are made from Finland and the listed prices include all costs and taxes.
Delivery cost is 9.90 € regardless of package size. The delivery method is the Posti Parcel Connect service carried out in cooperation with Posti, DHL and Bring. The Posti Parcel Connect service has a comprehensive service network in Europe with more than 47,500 service centres. All our deliveries include a tracking ID that enables you to track your shipment in real time.

How to Order
1. Choose your product and click “Lisää ostoskoriin” (Add to Basket).
2. The product is now in your basket. Open your basket or click the ”KASSALLE” (Checkout) button.
3. Your Basket opens. Check all the order details.
4. Enter your personal information, all the fields marked with a red asterisk are obligatory.
-”Etunimi” – your first name
-”Sukunimi” – your last name
-”Katuosoite” – your street address
-”Postinumero” – your postcode
-”Postitoimipaikka” – your city/town
-”Maa” – your country
-”Puhelinnumero” – your mobile phone number in international format
-”Sähköpostiosoite” – your email address, to which we will send the order confirmation and tracking ID
-”Uutiskirje” – uncheck this if you do not wish to receive our newsletter. Our newsletters are in Finnish.
5. ”TOIMITUSTAPA” – this is the delivery method. All foreign deliveries use the Posti Parcel Connect service with a cost of 9.90 €.
6. ”MAKSUTAPA” – choose your preferred payment option. You can choose from Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal.
7. ”YHTEENVETO” shows you a summary of your order, including the delivery costs. ”Loppusumma” shows you the total price for your order. Check the ”Hyväksyn toimitusehdot” check box to indicate that you have read and accept the terms of delivery.
8. Click ”Siirry maksamaan” – this will take you to complete the payment using the option you chose (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal)
9. Complete the payment with the payment provider and return to our site. You will receive an order confirmation. In case you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk mail folder and contact our customer service if necessary.
Returns
We operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, which means that the buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving the package. For returned items, Luurinetti will reimburse the sum to the customer’s credit card or PayPal account within 14 days of receiving the returned item. All customer returns must include all the items included in the original delivery, including a copy of the receipt. All returns must be packaged properly and you must not attach the address card directly to the product packaging.
For returned items, it is acceptable that customers familiarise themselves with the product and try it in the same way as they would in a physical store. All returned items must be in saleable condition. The customer must not, however, take the product into regular use. No calls may be made or received on the phone. The protective films on the screen, camera lens, or other possible areas must not be removed from the phone or any of its accessories (including those on protective covers, cases, and similar items).
The customer will pay the return charges. The return charges may not exceed 20 €. We always charge the actual return costs. Return charges include insurance for lost shipments. Return charges are automatically deducted from the sum to be reimbursed.
All deliveries include a customer return card that has been pre-filled and paid for. This card must be attached to all return shipments. In Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia, the customer must arrange a pick-up for no extra charge at the local terminal:
